The City of Tulsa is accepting submissions from professional artists or teams of artists in response to a public art opportunity relating to the community-led effort for the creation of a welcoming gateway to the Crosbie Heights neighborhood and Charles Page boulevard.

This call seeks to identify artist teams or artists capable of designing, fabricating, and installing original works on the columns and lintels supporting Highway 64 and Red Fork Expressway over 3rd Street. Artists or groups may submit a design proposal incorporating 1-3 columns and/or 1-4 lintels.   

Proposals may include an outlined idea for community involvement with the design and/or implementation phase of the project. City Design Studio staff will work with Neighborhood Association representatives to assist awarded artists with connecting to the community.
